Readings may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, late arrivals, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
If you're running behind, let me know — I'll do what I can, though the reading may need to be shortened to fit the time that's left.

Readings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are refunded in full.
Once a reading has taken place, payment is non-refundable, with the single exception below.
If at any point during or after your reading you feel the Code of Ethics below was breached, you are entitled — and encouraged — to request a full refund. Requests made within 30 days of your reading will be honored in full.
When you share your birth information with me, you consent to its use for three purposes only:
To prepare and deliver the reading you've asked for, within the scope you've asked about. If you've come with questions about relationships, for instance, I won't use your chart to volunteer information about your finances unless you ask, or unless the two are directly connected.
To keep on file so I can reference it in future consultations with you.
For my own private study and research.
Any other use — including anonymized use, such as bringing your chart to a study group or citing it as a case example in writing or in a talk — requires your explicit written consent. You are welcome to withdraw that consent at any time.
